Hermes Assistant is a personal productivity tool used by its owner. It connects to Google services only after the owner authorizes access through Google's OAuth consent process.
Depending on the permissions the owner approves, Hermes Assistant may access Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Gmail information solely to perform a request initiated by the owner.
Information is used only to provide the requested personal productivity function. It is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties.
OAuth credentials are stored securely by the owner's private system. Access is limited to the owner and the authorized personal service. The owner may revoke access at any time from their Google Account security settings.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested function. The owner can remove connected Google access through Google Account settings and may request deletion of locally stored service data.
